Our presenter for this meeting will be Rebecca Danger.

Rebecca Danger is an artist, designer, and author living in the tranquil woods of Blaine. Her creative practice spans a wide range of mediums, including painting, digital illustration, sewing, knitting, quilting, jewelry making, sculpting, and pattern writing. With a lifelong devotion to making, her work reflects a deep curiosity and joy in exploring how ideas take shape through the hands. Rebecca’s sewing and knitting patterns have inspired makers around the world, with her books translated into multiple languages and helping countless crafters bring their own creative visions to life. Teaching and sharing knowledge remain an integral part of her creative journey, rooted in a belief that creativity flourishes when it is passed from one person to another. Currently, Rebecca has returned to her deep love of textile arts, focusing on sewing and fiber-based work that explores texture, color, and form. Her pieces often reflect a layered, intuitive process – one that embraces both structure and spontaneity. Drawing on her background across disciplines, she blends traditional techniques with a contemporary, expressive approach.
