DESCRIPTION:The Art Festival is open to the public.  The Festival is comprised of a variety of different genres of artist displaying and selling their art. Located in Marine Park\, this fun event will include music and food vendors. In addition to the artists on display in Marine Park\, the Festival includes two artist open studios – Shawna Morris & Joseph Kinnebrew\, and 6 artists showing at the Blaine Art Gallery.\nDates / Times\nSaturday\, 27th – 10:00 – 5:00\nSunday\, 28th – 11:00 – 4:00 \nLocation\nThe festival is at the Blaine Marine Park behind the whales (see map below)\nFree parking is provided in the open field to the west of the park\nThere will be four Porta Potties (one ADA) \nEntertainment\nDJ Michael will be there 11:00-1:30 on Saturday and 11:30-1:00 on Sunday\nMichael Dayvid will be there 2:00-4:30 Saturday and 1:30 -3:30 Sunday \nActivities\nFood Trucks \nSaturday\nAlchemy Creamery\nStella Sopra (Italian)\nLife is Good (Pizza)\nWTF \nSunday\nDougs Burgers\nWTF\nAlchemey Creamery\nLumpia Luv (Filipino) \nBeach Cat Brewery will have a beer and cider garden in the Amphitheater both days. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a casual\, ticketed\, evening at the beautiful Blaine Boating Center on Marine Drive as we kick off our Opening Night\, August 25\, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. \nYour tickets can be purchased online\, giving you entrance to the Boating Center\, a glass of wine or a local beer\,  and nosh menu. During the evening you will have the chance to meet elite artists from the area and purchase their work all in one venue! \nThis event will include: \n\nFantastic Silent Auction featuring many desirable items\nWine Pull – Ever taken a chance on a Wine Pull?  There will be fine wines from California and Oregon\, as well as Lake Chelan\, Bellingham\, and Blaine.  Bottles are wrapped in gift bags disguising their identity. Each one is valued at $25 and above – up to $90!  Guests purchase a numbered cork and win the corresponding bottle of wine\, to be taken home at the end of the event. Typically this part of the auction sells out quickly. Entry tickets will be sold at the door – $25 each\, or 3 for $60.\nPossibly a few surprises which are sure to be a hit.\n\nSaturday and Sunday\, August 26th and 27th\, are FREE self-guided tour days from 10:00-5:00 held at private studios\, the Blaine Boating Center\, and the Pavilion on H Street. \nAn interactive map is available here.
