Margaret Owens presented results of the Board & Committee Chair Election. Board election rules require 30% of active membership to participate in balloting to achieve quorum. BAC currently has 62 active members. Votes were cast by 34 active members. Quorum was achieved; with 55% of active members participating.
All 34 votes cast were to “Accept” the proposed Board & Committee Chairs as presented. Congratulations to the new Board, Officers and Chairs!

Committee Chair Reports
Gaye Sawicki – Events Chairman reported on the structure of the 2024 Wave En Blanc committee.
Gaye asked any Members who may be available to help out, to email or call her.
Bryan Johnson – Fundraising and Development Committee
Last year’s goal was to raise approximately $15,000.00 Approximately $13,9000 was raised. Bryan also provided copies of the Blaine Arts Council Annual Giving Campaign envelope. This is an envelope that can be completed, sealed and mailed into the address shown on the envelope.
Margaret Owens – “24 Sea to Sea” Event planning – Ongoing. The Board will review the options and propose a way forward.
